成都市养老旅游开发策略硏究 摘要 随着我国经济社会的快速发展以及人口老龄化的提高，提高老年人口生活质 量是现实中的必然要求，为此出现了不同类型的养老模式，针对不同老年人口的 实际需求，可以提供不同类型的服务。现代旅游的快速发展，为更多的消费者提 供了全新的娱圧活动形式，养老旅游是在新时期出现的一种特殊的旅游活动形 式，在现代社会中逐渐被社会大众所认可。受到现实发展环境的制约，我国养老 旅游目前还处于发展阶段，在理论和实践方面都存在着一些问题和不足，本文针 对成都市养老旅游发展的实际出发，对其开发养老旅游的现实环境进行分析论 证，针对发展中存在的问题和不足，提出了相关的改进对策，通过这种方式达到 推动成都养老旅游发展的目的。 关键词：养老旅游；开发策略；研究 Abstract With Chinafs rapid economic and social development as well as the aging of the population increase, improve the life quality of the elderly population is an inevitable requirement in reality, to the emergence of endowment patterns of different types, different according to the actual demand of the elderly population, can provide different types of services. Restricted by realistic environment for the development of pension, tourism in China is still in the stage of development, both in theory and in practice there are some problems and shortcomings, based on the practical situation of tourism development of Chengdu city endowment, the realistic environment the development of tourism are analyzed on the pension card, aiming at the problems existing in the development and the insufficiency, proposed the improvement of related measures, to promote the tourism development of the Chengdu pension by this way. Keywords: pension tourism; development strategy; research 第一章绪论 1.1研究背景与意义 人口老龄化问题是一个世界性的问题，《中国老龄事业发展“十二五”规划》 指出，从2011年到2015年，我国60岁以上老年人将由1.78亿增加到2.21亿, 中国人口中16%都将是老人。未來20年，我国人口老龄化将口益加重，到2030 年全国老年人口规模将会翻一番。随着社会的进步，老年人的消费观念也在发生 着变化。老年人日渐注重提高自己的牛活质量和健康水平，希望在有牛之年享受 生活的斥趣。各种原因导致的“空巢家庭”现实和传统居家养老观念的转变，更 增强了老人外出旅游的欲望，异地养老、旅游养老逐渐成为老年人提高生活质量 的重要方式。 成都市早在2000年就进入了老龄化社会，人口老龄化不仅呈加速发展趋势, 还呈现出高龄化的趋势⑴。如何安置老年人的空闲时间成为一个刻不容缓的问 题。对于成都这样一个旅游城市来说，进行养老旅游开发不仅可以解决老年人的 休闲问题，同时也可以促进木地旅游业健康发展，为政府创造不菲的经济收入， 提高当地居民牛活水平。 然而，中国的养老旅游是近几年才悄然兴起，
