国家电网公司经营区域月度电力电量平衡预测报告 摘 要：本报告的主要分析内容包括：（1 ）对2008 年1 ～12 月公司经营区域各月电力供需 形势，包括电力市场环境、电力消费情况、电力供应等情况的分析，总结了当月全国电力供 需的主要特点；（2 ）在综合考虑新机投产、电煤供应、重点地区来水等多方面因素的基础上， 对下月的电力供需形势进行了预测，包括需求预测、供应预测和供需平衡分析；（3 ）按电网 区域做出电力供需平衡分析结论；（4 ）提出相关建议，以及下月电力市场供需平衡应关注和 重视的问题。 本课题研究的主要目的是通过长跨度、短周期的电力供需追踪分析，建立起完整的短期 电力市场平衡分析体系，为国网公司电力交易中心的市场交易的计划生产经营提供了参考。 关键词：国家电网；月度；电力电量平衡预测 课题负责人：韩新阳 课题组成员：韩新阳 陈磊 董力通 The Electric Power Supply/Demand Balance Analysis and Prediction Report (Monthly) Abstract: The main content of the report includes :1) analysis on the electric power supply and demand in the region of SGCC every month in 2008, including the environmental analysis of the electric market of the region of SGCC, electric power consumption ,the situation of supply situation, and summary of the main characteristics of national power supply and demand. 2) prediction of the electric power supply and demand situation of the region of SGCC next month based on the influence of the main factors of power supply and demand including analysis of economic environment, coal supply for power, temperature, etc. 3) analysis and conclusion on the balance between power supply and demand of the region of SGCC. 4) related proposals and issues of concern in the balance between power supply and demand next month. The research aims at establishing integrated analyzing system for short-term electricity market balance based on index and analysis of balance between power supply and demand monthly in a long period ，which could provide some helpful reference for plan, production and management of Electricity -trading Division Of SGCC.
