手机造型设计及其典型覆盖件模具型腔设计与制造.docx

At first, by analyzing the all design programs, determining the final project and designing in-depth9 then completing the modeling process by Pro/e software, the next」analysis the gate by plastic advisor module of Pro/e.In this process, including analyzing the phoneys back cover and its mold cavity design and mold cavity injection mold design, writing NC code of molding cavity and working out physical model.Finally, using keyshot for rendering model. After processing the entity model, we can see the phoneys back cover of the modeling and know the rationality of the mold cavity design and know the processing difficulty, so as to improve it.
