改良三点式重睑术矫治上睑皮肤松弛的疗效及美学效果评价 Clinical and Aesthetic Evaluation of Modified Three-point Double Eyelid Surgery for Correction of Upper Eyelid Skin Relaxation DENG Ying-ying，DING Wei-zu （Department of Ophthalmology，Shanghai Eighth Peoples Hospital，Shanghai *****，China） Abstract： Objective To explore the effect and aesthetic effect of modified three-point double eyelid operation for correction of upper eyelid skin relaxation. Methods A total of 78 patients with upper eyelid skin relaxation who underwent double eyelid surgery from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the research group， 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional double eyelid surgery such as incision and suture. The research group was treated with modified three-point double eyelid surgery. The operation pain， recovery time， primary healing and complications were compared between the two groups. The aesthetic effect of modified three-point double eyelid surgery was analyzed with typical cases. Results The VAS score of the research group was significantly lower than that of the control group [（2.2±0.8） VS （2.7±1.1）]， the difference was statistically significant（t=2.296，P0.05）. The recovery time of the research group was significantly shorter than that of the control group [（35.4±6.1）d VS （72.6±10.5）d， P0.05]. All patients in the research group healed in stage I. The double eyelid arc was smooth and natural after operation. The eyes were symmetrical and the face was natural. No complications occurred. The total satisfaction of the patients in the research group was 100.00%， which was significantly higher than that in the control group （87.18%， P0.05）. Conclusion The application of modified three-point double eyelid operation to correct upper eyelid skin relaxation not only has mild pain， short recovery time and fewer complications， but also has remarkable effect on improving eyelid morphology， and achieves s
