PAGE 35 互联网对传统分销渠道的影响-以华为手机为例 【摘要】 近年来,互联网兴起,而互联网的快速发展也给各个行业造成了很大的影响,同时,也带来了机遇和挑战。互联网也为手机行业注入了强劲的动力,手机销售额屡创佳绩,各大手机企业竞争更加激烈。如今,2018年的智能移动手机销量第一名是OPPO、第二名是vivo、第三名是华为、第四名是荣耀、第五名是苹果、第六名是小米,而这些品牌也占据了绝大部分的市场。其中,荣耀、华为、小米和vivo均实现同比增长,苹果、OPPO等品牌均出现了不同程度的下滑情况,竞争进入了白热化阶段。 面对国内竞争异常激烈的手机市场,各企业都在手机产业链里寻求突破以获得竞争优势。目前,互联网+手机行业已经深入各大手机企业,从传统的分销渠道演变成现在的互联网渠道+传统分销渠道,单一的分销逐级代理,城市覆盖模式到现在产品发布、媒体推广、产品预订等各环节共同进行,互联网极大改变消费者的购买方式和手机企业的运营策略。 本文以电子商务的特点为出发点,结合近几年各大手机企业的分销渠道的变革进程,探讨在互联网的环境下,手机行业和电子商务的发展的整合趋势中,分销渠道方面的突破。并且以华为公司为例,研究互联网经济对华为企业的传统分销渠道造成的影响,并总结分析造成影响的好坏和程度,再提出相关的渠道建议,从而提升企业分销渠道的竞争力。本文提出手机企业应该充分把握这次互联网信息时代的机遇,建立传统分销渠道与互联网分销渠道的整合渠道,对目前手机企业在整合渠道的探索过程中,通过发放问卷,分析现有互联网渠道对消费者的购买方式和心理行为的变化,研究了目前渠道中的优势、问题和不足,最后对目前基于互联网的整合渠道提出相关建议,并对新型渠道进行初步探索。 【关键词】:互联网 分销渠道 手机 影响 Abstract In recent years, the rapid development of the Internet has had a great impact on various industries, but also brought opportunities and challenges.
