就业中性别歧视问题和相关对策研究 摘 要 中国改革开放以来各个方面得到长足发展。经济快速前进,作为一个人口大国,中国就业问题一直是民众关注焦点。而多年来,女性在就业中遭受歧视事件屡见不鲜。男女平等基础国策下,怎样处理女性在就业中不被歧视是现在社会给我们提出又一新课题。本文从分析就业性别歧视基础涵义及其影响入手,针对就业性别歧视这一课题辅以问卷调查,结合实际并从问卷调查中分析出产生歧视原因,深入叙述了当今劳动力市场中就业性别歧视存在并经过提出一系列有效处理和防范就业性别歧视方法和对策,以正确面对和处理问题,促进就业问题处理和社会长足发展。 关 键 词:就业,就业性别歧视,性别亏损,法律法规 Gender discrimination in employment and related countermeasures Author:Li Dandan Tutor:Liu Tieming Abstract Various aspects of Chinas reform and opening up by leaps and bounds.
