东北林业大学毕业论文 PAGE 2 GWHF型汽车电动助力转向器结构设计 摘 要 近年来，中国的国家经济实力得到了快速发展，人民的生活水平普遍提高,所以汽车正成为我们生活的必须品。车辆在行驶过程中随时都要变向，而这就是通过转向器实现的，可以说，转向器对汽车来说相当于人的传出神经，是其决定着车该如何行驶，对于一个驾驶员来说，转向操作是否省力、轻便、可靠极为重要，试想每次转向都要使出很大的劲，那样一个驾驶员开车将会很痛苦，而且行驶很不安全。GWHF型汽车属于SUV，一种运动型多用途车，近年来SUV成为最受追捧的车型。目前现有的SUV车辆上所采用的转向器多是无助力或液压助力，机械式转向器因其无法兼顾操纵省力和转向灵敏这两个互相矛盾的要求，其迟早将会被彻底淘汰。且电动助力转向系统采用电力而不是液压，与液压助力转向系统相比较省略了许多元件。而且无“寄生损失”和液体泄漏损失。电动式动力转向器的传动效率较高，返回性能较好，且节省能源、易于装车、操作舒适，引起了各国汽车界的重视。本设计主要是对现有的液压循环球转向器进行改进，使其实现电助力，并进行计算。 关键词：汽车；电动助力转向器；转向器结构设计 The type of GWHF automotive electric power steering structural design Abstract We can see the car everywhere in our daily life which is used to instead walking, The more and more get the favor of people。With Chinas national economic strength of rapid development，peoples living standards have common improve ，so people to the performance requirements of car is higher and higher also。Vehicles in the course of driving at any time and place may need to change direction，and this is through the steering gear to realize。We can say, steering gear is equivalent to the people of car efferent nerve, is its decision a car how to driving, for a pilot, it turned to the operation is energy, light, reliable is very important, just think every time to all want to use a lot of trouble, so a drivers will be very pain, and it was not safe to drive. At present the existing SUV vehicle used by the steering gear is no power or hydraulic power, mechanical steering gear because it could not give consideration to the effortless manipulation and sensitive to the two conflicting requirements, it will be completely eliminated sooner or later.
