PAGE 摘 要 驱动桥作为汽车四大总成之一,它的性能的好坏直接影响整车性能,而对于重型卡车显得尤为重要。当采用大功率发动机输出大的转矩以满足目前重型卡车的快速、重载的高效率、高效益的需要时,必须要搭配一个高效、可靠的驱动桥。所以采用传动效率高的单级减速驱动桥已成为未来重载汽车的发展方向。本文参照传统驱动桥的设计方法进行了重型卡车驱动桥的设计,利用AutoCAD进行驱动桥二维结构设计及零部件设计,并进行校核计算,用Pro/E对驱动桥三维实体建模,给驱动桥壳及半轴设置实常数、关键选项和各求解控制选项,给定初始条件、边界条件以及约束进行求解计算,获得驱动桥壳及半轴受力后的应力、应变分布状况,最后对驱动桥壳及半轴的综合应力、应变分布状况进行了较为深入的分析研究。运用Pro/E对载重车驱动桥的设计可使设计更加优化,更加直观,可以提高产品的更新速度,降低了研发成本。 关键词:驱动桥;单级主减速器;结构设计;三维建模 ABSTRACT Drive axle is one of the four assembly for vehicles ,the performance of its direct impact on vehicle performance, and for heavy-duty trucks seems particularly important. When a large high-power engine torque output to meet the needs of the fast current heavy-duty trucks, heavy-duty high-efficiency, cost-effective when necessary, must be with an efficient, reliable drive axle. Therefore, the use of the transmission efficiency of the single-stage high-speed driving axle heavy-duty motor vehicles has become the future direction of development. In this paper, with reference to the traditional design method of driving axle heavy-duty trucks for the drive axle design. To drive the use of AutoCAD design and components bridge design two-dimensional structure, and the check calculatiaon,Use Pro/E on the driving axle of three-dimensional solid modeling, to the drive axle housing and axle set is constant, the key options and the solution of control options, given the initial conditions, boundary conditions and bound to solve the calculation, was driving axle and axle shell after loading the stress and strain distribution, and finally to the drive axle housing and axle integrated stress and strain distribution for a more in depth analysis. The use of Pro/E truck drivers on the bridge design will enable the design of more optimized, more intuitive, can increase the speed of product updates and reduce the development costs.
