基于自我决定理论的小学生学习动机激发和探讨.docVIP

摘要 随着不断深化的现代教育改革，作为基础教育初等阶段的小学教育中，由于小 学牛自我管理能力较差，他们对学习的态度和动机在大力推进素质教育的今天, 自然成为教育领域备受关注的热点问题。当前小学牛的教育中因为受年龄、心 理，以及学校、家长、社会等诸多因素的共同影响，所以他们的学习动机普遍 弱化。这不但影响小学牛全面素质的提升，而冃背离了小学新课程改革的目标 及方向。本文以自我决定理论为指导，以抽样调查材料为依据，阐述了当前小 学牛学习动机的现状，深刻剖析了产牛现状的原因，在此基础上从满足自主需 要、关系需求、能力需要以及成就需要等六个方面提出了激发与培养小学牛学 习动机的对策。 关键词：自我决定理论；小学牛学习动机；激发与培养 Abstract Nowadays, the learning motivation naturally becomes a hot topic in the field of education, as the primary education in Basic Education, because of the poor seif-management ability of pupils, the attitude of learning and seif-management ability directly influence the study after they are paid more attention to the students subjectivity. The motivation of learning interest is directly related to learning motivation, and it should pay more attention to students learning motives. At present, the pupils learning motivation is generally weakened due to he influence of the age, psychology, schools, parents, society and many（）ther factors , which not only affects the improvement of their overall quality, but also deviates from the goals and direction of the new curriculum reform in primary school. This article is guided by the theory of self-determination, based on the sampling materials, this paper expounds the present situation of pupils learning motivation, analyzes the reasons of the present situation, and puts forward the c（）untermetisuTes to stimulate and cultivate the pupils learning motivation from six aspects such as setisfying the needs of autonomy, relationship needs, ability needs and achievement needs.
