Objectives
Instructional objectives
During and after this class, 80%-90% students should
Be able to know and use the words admire, goddess, steal, lay out, dessert.
Be able to find out the key words according to the events happening.
Be able to tell the story in cooperation according to the key words; be able to use past tense to express the story.
Be able to read between the lines and learn to do inference with the help of relating to the text.
Be able to know the customs and the origin of the story.

Students should:
Learn to be a critical learner.
Be more familiar with the reading strategies: scanning, finding out the key words, cooperating, relating to the text.
Personal objectives
Pay more attention to teaching on reading strategies and consolidate what have been learned.
Focal points:
Develop reading strategies: scanning, finding out the key words, cooperating, relating to the text.
Apply reading relating to the text to talking about feelings for the story.
Difficult points:
Read between the lines and connect its feelings with Ss’ own experiences.
Continue to write an ending and try to read a new poem by searching for information themselves.
Procedures
Stage 1 Getting students ready for learning
Say hello to the students and show them “full feelings”
Stage 2 Pre-reading
Show a circle on the slide and ask them what they think of when they see the circle. And if the circle can make them feel happy.
