PAGE I PAGE I 摘要 随着素质教育的不断推进，教育的不断改革，家校合作的教育教学模式逐渐推上了教育的舞台，引起了人们的关注儿童是生活在社会的大环境中，在儿童的成长过程中会受到来自方方面面的影响如家庭、学校和社会都会不同程度、不同方面影响着学生的健康成长，因此需三方协作就显得十分重要。 本文是关于农村小学家校合作现状及策略研究，以陆良县S镇农村小学为研究对象，通过了解前人的研究相关成果，借鉴、学习整理自己的研究思路，采用问卷调查的方法，对农村小学的教师、家长进行问卷调查，主要包括双方经常交谈的话题、沟通的渠道以及对家校合作取得的效果等方面进行了解，合理分析成因，找出相关对策。农村地区的家长受劳动方式的影响在孩子的教育问题上投入的时间精力相对较少。一方面，在农村地区部分家长受文化水平的限制，畏惧和教师主动交流参与性不高。另一方面农村地区的家长过分的看重学校教育对于孩子的影响，因此教育孩子的任务完全寄托在老师身上，造成教师的一个人的精力难以支撑起艰巨的重任。从教师的角度受到时间精力、学校没有强制要求两个主要因素的影响，在实际的教学过程中也没有很好的重视并利用家校合作的教育资源。目前家校合作存诸多问题，例如家校合作平台少，内容局限、双方交流频率较少等问题。针对存在的问题，从制定政策制度保障、拓展沟通渠道、丰富合作内容等多个方面提出相应的对策。 研宄的意义在于对全面了解农村小学家校合作实施情况和存在问题，找出解决办法，促进儿童的健康全面的发展进绵薄之力。 关键词：农村小学；家校合作；合作策略 Abstract With the continuous development of quality education and the continuous reform of education, the educational teaching mode of family-school cooperation has gradually been pushed on to the stage of education, which has aroused peoples concern.
