Especially in the current new situation , the contradiction between doctors and patients is increasing z we must strengthen the nursing safety management. As an important department in hospital z the hospital department of internal medicine , which has many aspects of its potential safety hazard , need to strengthen the safety awareness z improve risk awareness , improve nursing quality z ensure the standardization , standardization , humanization , and effectively ensure the nursing safety , and then prevent and avoid the occurrence of medical disputes. [Key words] TCM Hospital ; Department of internal medicine ; Nursing safety management; Risk analysis ; Countermeasure 伴随着人们生活质量的提升以及健康意识的提升，医院患者的人数不断增 多，与此同时，护理需求也不断增多，这给医院的护理工作带来前所未有的挑战。 而目前我国中医院护理管理跟不上时代的步伐，存在着诸多安全隐患，引发各种 医疗纠纷，这对患者、家属、医院均造成了不同的损失与伤害。因此，对中医院 内科病房护理安全管理隐患分析与对策的探讨有其必要性和重要性。 1护理安全管理隐患分析 1.1医疗方面 医院诊治水平有限，对患者疾病诊断不明确，临床效果不理想，加上一些 医生缺乏风险意识，不能准确预测患者病情的发展，对患者及家属未及时告知病 情，这些问题极易引起患者及家属产生埋怨、恐惧、失望以及不满心理，这些不 良情绪必然会转移到护士身上,从而使得护患关系紧张,引发护患纠纷[1]。 1.2内科病房 中医院内科病房，病种繁多、患者多、病情复杂，尤其是传染病患者，若 得不到明确及时的诊断，必然就会增加医院感染率，使得医护人员和其他患者传 染［2］。 1.3护
