- - PAGE PAGE 17 PAGE 17 摘 要 财务风险在企业经营管理中作为十分重要的组成部分，在当前竞争较为激烈的市场竞争条件下，已成为当前市场发展过程中较为突出的问题，迫切的需求，人们进行相关的解决。在当前的社会经济体制背景下，企业需要进行相关的发展，就需要有一个较好的融资环境，通过，投资和融资以及收购和社交，来完成相关的交易，资金流的有效的利用。在市场进行相关交易过程中，主体和客体在发展的过程中都因为各自的不确定性，所以存在着一定的风险。对于企业当前的市场风险产生了，对其影响较为严重。轻则影响企业进行相关的融资项目，重则会导致由于资产的衰退使得企业破产，所以对于企业发展的过程中，进行相关的财务风险监管，以及预防，对企业的发展，有其重要的意义。本文在写作的过程中针对青岛啤酒股份有限公司在进行相关的财务风险管理过程中，进行了一系列的研究，并且针对财务风险当前的主要的成因，制定了相关的细致的数据分析后，最终提出较为有效的解决对策，加以防范，使得企业常态的风险能力能够得到有效的预防和控制，尽量减少企业的损失。 关键词： 财务风险；筹资风险；防范措施 Abstract Financial risk is an important part of business management.
