Book2 Unit7 It’s raining. Section B 2a-2c 教学设计
Teaching aims:
1. Knowledge aims:
1) Help students master the key words, phrases and the useful expressions in 2b.
2) Enable students to know about different kinds of weather and activities.
2. Ability aims
1) Enable students to read and talk about something about weather well.
2) Help students improve skills of reading and writing.
3. Moral aims:
Help students have a right attitude about weatherWhatever the weather we have is, we should change our feelings to make us happy all the time. At the same time, we should try our best to make the weather all the world better and better.
Teaching methods: The method of pairs(师友绑定), The method of teamwork and sharing in group
Teaching steps:
Step1 Warm up and lead-in
1. Before class :Deal with the “课前探究”part on the study paper(师友互助) 新课前,师友互助批改导学案的课前探究部分,小组内三个学师互批互改,然后给各自的学友批改。目的:师友互助实现自学、探究与互助的有机结合,教师进行点拨,帮助学生巩固知识。
2.Lead-in: Teacher shows the title and asks “what is this unit about?” to lead into the topic “Weather ”. Then shows some students’ pictures about vacations and give students questions: “After reading , guess: Who are they a? What are they doing? How is the weather? ” Teacher play a mp3 listening about the pictures made before class. 目的:运用自己班级学生的实际旅游照片并课前录了一段录音,让其他学生猜,激发兴趣。
Step2 Reading 2b
1. Fast reading: (Three tasks) First, let students look at the text as soon as possible and try to find: “Are they letters or past cards?” (引导学生阅读前先看黑体词要求) Second, tell ss to read the whole passage quickly and finish a chart(2c). Third, ask ss to match the cards with pictures on the right.
2. Careful reading: (Five tasks)First, read part1 carefully and filling(设计成中考中的综合填空C) after filling the chart. After filling, lead ss to discuss in pairs what skills they know about this kind of exercise and share in class. Second, lead ss to discuss in group what reading skills they used just now( Train ss to know ways of leaning) and share in c
