PAGE I 我国民营企业财务风险防范和控制分析 ——以暴风集团股份有限公司为例 摘 要 民营企业的发展对国内经济的增长做出了巨大的贡献，它们在中国经济发展中的地位非常重要。在民营企业的发展过程中，一定会有资金的流转，或大或小的财务风险是普遍存在的。这对民营企业来讲，如果风险防范和控制分析的力度加大，就会降低民营企业的财务风险。 本文的研究对象为民营互联网企业暴风集团，采用的研究方法有文献理论研究法、案例分析分析法、财务指标分析法。本文通过暴风集团的财务风险现状，分析其财务风险形成的原因，最后有针对性的提出风险防范和控制的措施，对其他类似企业也能起到一定的启示作用。 关键词: 民营企业; 风险防范; 控制分析;方法；措施 Analysis of financial risk prevention and control of private enterprises in China——a case study of Baofeng Group Co., Ltd Abstract The development of private enterprises to domestic economic growth has made a great contribution, they are in the position in Chinas economic development is very important in the process of the development of private enterprises, will have the funds flow, big or small financial risk is the prevalence of the private enterprises, if the analysis of the risk prevention and control increased, can reduce the financial risk of the private enterprises.
