PAGE PAGE I 行业投资环境对企业投资决策的影响 ——海螺水泥为例 摘 要 近年来，随着国内市场的逐步发展，市场中的各行各业都逐渐的构建成一个命运共同体，企业能否持续发展、立足于市场也将受到行业的影响，因此企业进行投资决策考虑行业投资环境势在必行。 基于以上的背景，在参考了相关文献以及相关学者的研报，整理国内外关于行业投资环境对企业投资决策影响的资料，对行业投资环境的种种因素进行一一分析。首先以海螺公司为例，从分析水泥行业投资环境为出发点，分别从国内产能、内需供应、环境污染、人才需求和国外战略进行分析。紧接着阐述行业投资环境与企业投资决策的关系，最后分析将带给企业投资决策的具体影响有哪些。本文通过分析行业多种因素给企业投资决策带来的影响，为企业的投资决策提供一定的参考建议和研究依据。 关键词：水泥行业；行业投资环境；企业投资决策 PAGE PAGE II Impact of industry investment environment on corporate investment decisions ——Conch Cement as an Example Abstract In recent years, with the gradual development of the Chinese market, it is imperative for companies to make investment decisions and consider the investment environment of the industry. The industry investment environment will be divided into macro and micro. At present, from a macro perspective, Chinas economic development has slowed down, and the slowdown will have a certain impact on various industries. From a micro perspective, there are various problems in the industry itself, and these problems will be avoided by enterprises in making future decisions. Based on the above background, I have referred to relevant literature and related scholars research reports, compiled domestic and foreign data on the impact of the industry investment environment on corporate investment decisions, and analyzed one by one from the advantages and disadvantages. For the thesis, first take Conch as an example, and analyze the investment environment of the cement industry as the starting point, and analyze from domestic production capacity, domestic demand supply, environmental pollution, and talent demand. Next, analyze the specific impacts that companies will have on their investment decisions, and then analyze how they should respond to the unprecedented pressure and impact of the industrys investment environment.
