基于BIM工程项目施工图预算-工程管理.doc

摘要 改革开放以来，随着各行各业的高速发展，建筑行业也势必要进行改革。建筑信息模型（Building Information Modeling）作为土木工程的一种新兴技术，它在工程上的应用，将会对建筑行业起到无可估量的推动作用。BIM可以通过建立虚拟的三维模型，并提供与实际情况相同的建筑工程信息库，使各专业的施工过程更加方便。 本次毕业设计主要使用的软件有广联达BIM土建计量平台GTJ2018和广联达云计价平台GCCP。通过广联达GTJ建立土建模型和钢筋模型，土建模型包括建筑（砌体、门、窗、幕墙、外墙装饰等）和结构（柱、梁、板等）两部分，建模完成后，通过汇总计算可以得到土建和钢筋相应的工程量，再对相应的构件套用清单和定额可以得到清单汇总表。将清单汇总表导入云计价GCCP，根据做法套用相应的定额，进行计量计价工作，编制招标文件。 通过广联达系列软件建立出三维模型，并得到相应的预算结果。BIM技术的应用大大提高了施工预算工作的效率。 关键词：BIM； 三维模型；广联达 ；预算 Abstract With the rapid development of all walks of life, the construction industry is bound to reform, building information modeling (BIM) as a new civil engineering technology, its application in engineering, will play an inestimable role in promoting the construction industry. BIM can make the construction process of each major more convenient by establishing virtual 3d model and providing the same building engineering information base as the actual situation. The main software used in this graduation project are guanglianda BIM civil engineering measurement platform GTJ2018 and guanglianda cloud pricing platform GCCP. Through the establishment of civil visionbank da GTJ model and reinforcement model, construction model including construction, masonry, door, window, curtain wall, wall decoration, etc.) and structure (column, beam, plate, etc.) two parts, the modeling is completed, through summary calculation can be civil and reinforced the corresponding quantities, to paraphrase of the corresponding component list and quota list summary table. Import the summary list into the cloud-based GCCP, apply the corresponding quota according to the practice, carry out the measurement and pricing work, and prepare the bidding documents. The three - dimensional model is established by using quanta series software and the corresponding budget results are obtained.
