中大五院门诊楼人因优化设计 摘 要 本设计是以在中大五院进行了为期五周专业实习为前提，针对在医院所接触到的环境以及了解到的情况，进行优化设计。 本设计通过利用人因工程学、标识导向系统以及相关心理学等理论，对中大五院门诊楼进行人因优化设计，对医院现有的标识导向系统进行研究分析，对系统存在的问题进行归纳分析，根据对现有成熟案例经验的借鉴与引用，从色彩与字体的选用、标识的高度、系统的人性化、基于流程分析对系统进行优化设计，遵循标识导向系统的设计原则，创建一个合理规范且具有人性化的系统。以门诊楼环境为研究对象，通过调查对医院的就医与诊疗环境进行分析，以搜集资料与查阅文献作为基础，根据环境心理学与基础的建筑行为设计等理论，结合国内外医院门诊楼环境设计的案例，以人性化设计为着眼点，对医院内部空间环境设计进行优化改善，提出更好的设计方案，旨在大力提高就诊效率，优化就医诊疗流程，提高现代化管理的效率，规范医疗秩序，提高患者的满意度以及提高服务质量水平，为医院树立一个良好的形象。 关键词：人因工程，标识导向系统，就医诊疗环境 The Fifth Affiliated Hospital Sun Yat-sen University Clinic Population Optimization Abstract This design is based on the premise of a five-week professional internship in the fifth hospital of the university.
