PAGE 22 年产4.6亿粒布洛芬生产车间的设计 摘 要 布洛芬（Ibuprofen）属于芳基烷酸类非甾体抗炎药(Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs，NSAID)，是临床上使用比较普遍的消炎镇痛药。近年来布洛芬的剂型得到了很大的突破，而布洛芬缓释胶囊能够减少用药次数、降低胃肠道的刺激，提高用药的安全性与有效性。本设计通过查阅相关文献以及一些学者的研究，结合实习中现场观看的制药企业的现场生产情况和相关负责生产模块的领导讨论，学习该制药企业的生产工艺，借鉴药厂的生产车间平面布置的经验，模拟药厂的正常生产过程，设计布洛芬缓释胶囊的生产车间其中包括确定适宜的生产规模和产量，设计合理的药物处方，选择一条合理的工艺流程，确定合适的生产设备，布置合乎规范的生产车间平面图，使各个方面得到进一步的优化。本设计的布洛芬缓释胶囊内容物为缓释微丸，以蔗糖型空白微丸为母核，采用粉末层积法制成含有布洛芬活性成分的微丸。 关键词：布洛芬；微丸；缓释胶囊；粉末层积法； Design of ibuprofen production workshop with an annual output of 460 million tablets Abstract Ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is commonly used in clinical practice.
