PAGE PAGE II 清水湾三期工程项目质量控制研究 摘 要 当前我国经济得快速发展，其中少不了建筑行业的重要贡献。随着国家吹响西部大开发的口号，我国西部地区的经济发展如同一列高速行驶的动车，有方向有速度。建筑行业更是如日中天，西部城市一栋栋高楼大厦如雨后春笋般拔地而起。虽然高楼大厦的数量多了，但是工程质量事故问题也是频发。旧的工程质量管理办法已经不能满足现如今城市扩张的速度，在实践中也暴露出很弊端。研究新的工程质量事故预防措施是当前建筑行业面的重要课题。 通过对国内外工程质量事故的研究以及对工程质量管理现状及其存在的问题进行了描述，并通过实例工程质量问题分析发现其中存在的问题来找出当下更符合我国西部地区建筑行业工程质量事故的预防和管理办法。 关键词：工程质量 质量研究 预防措施 PAGE PAGE III Study on quality control of clear water bay phase iii project Abstract At present, the rapid development of Chinas economy, among which the construction industry is an important contribution. The old methods of project quality management have been unable to meet the current speed of urban expansion, and in practice, it has been exposed very drawbacks. It is an important task to study new prevention measures of engineering quality accidents in current construction industry. Based on the study of engineering quality accidents at home and abroad and the description of the current situation of engineering quality management and its existing problems, and through the case study of engineering quality problems found that the existing problems to find out more in line with the western region of Chinas construction industry project quality accident prevention and management methods.
