梅州市平远县梅畲村垦造水田 工程项目设计 摘 要 垦造水田是落实耕地保护政策、实现耕地保护目标的重要措施。通过对平远县泗水镇梅畲村垦造水田项目的开展，介绍有关垦造水田项目的规划设计。在调查现状耕地的潜力情况基础上，通过对项目区的利用现状、基础设施、水资源供需平衡、土地利用限制因素的分析后，得出项目区的规划方向与难点易点，然后再进行项目区的垦造水田规划，设计出本项目的耕地布局图，再进行一系列说明补充，本文通过耕地布局、土地平整、土壤改良、农业配套设施实施设计等几项内容进行水田垦造，解决了项目区由于缺乏水源、道路不通、土壤肥力不足等因素影响土地的集约利用问题，实现了有效增加耕地面积的目标。 关键词：垦造水田；规划设计；耕地布局；土地平整；土壤改良，泗水镇梅畲村  Abstract The reclamation of paddy fields is an important measure to implement the farmland protection policy and achieve the goal of farmland protection. This paper introduces the planning and design of water field reclamation project in Meishun Village, Surabaya Town, Pingyuan County. On the basis of investigating the potential of cultivated land in the present situation, after analyzing the current utilization of the project area, the infrastructure, the balance of water supply and demand, and the constraints on land use, the planning directions and difficulties of the project area are obtained, and then the plans for the reclamation of paddy fields in the project area are carried out. The layout of the cultivated land for this project is designed and supplemented by a series of explanations. This paper is based on the layout of cultivated land, land formation, soil improvement, and the implementation and design of agricultural supporting facilities. The problem of intensive use of land affected by lack of water, impassable roads and insufficient soil fertility in the project area has been solved, and the goal of effectively increasing the area of cultivated land has been achieved.
