摘　要 PAGE III 摘 要 工程项目系统庞大、分工复杂、周期性长。而造价控制是工程项目的关键，因为造价控制不仅关系着工程造价的水平，对建设工程的成本核算也有重要影响。在工程项目建设期间，施工阶段的现场资源配置导致的工程造价波动较大，如作业人员的技术水平、原材料的精确配置、主辅设备的选择、工程客观因素导致的工期变长，均为致使工程造价提高的关键缘由。随着建筑施工技术的持续精进以及工程管理手段的持续创新，工程造价的发展逐渐趋向于项目质量、成本以及工期等多目标的均衡优化，基于此，如何科学的进行人员配置，使资源使用效率最大化；如何根本性的发现工期变长的原因，以此杜绝各方面的损失，是实现施工阶段工程造价最优化的有效途径。本次论文就工程项目施工阶段造价控制要点作为研究对象，以滇中新区工程项目、普洱市澜沧县中医医院建设项目施工阶段的情况进行简单阐述分析，从施工人员、施工工期入手发现问题，并分别提出施工阶段造价控制问题的方法和措施,有效地解决项目施工过程中的不必要损耗，实现建设工程项目造价管理目标。 关键词：建设工程　造价控制　施工阶段 Abstract PAGE IV Abstract The project system is huge, the division of labor is complex and the cycle is long.
