PAGE 1 PAGE 1 题 目： 百矿-锦绣华府（幼儿园） 工程项目招标控制价 摘 要 随着我国建筑行业的快速发展，工程量清单计价模式的普遍实施式，招标控制价的编制有着极其重要的作用，准确合理的编制招标控制价能有效减少在招标过程中出现的问题。作为一名造价工作者，只有正确认识招标控制价的意义及重要性，才能准确合理的编制出一份好的招标控制价，提高投资效益。 本次设计以百矿-锦绣华府（幼儿园）工程项目招标控制价的编制为核心内容，围绕这一内容开展本次的设计。百矿-锦绣华府（幼儿园）工程位于广西百色市田阳县敢壮大道，该工程建筑高度为11.6米，地上3层地下0层，建筑占地面积为1249.02平方米，总面积为3844.88平方米，结构类型为混凝土框架结构。在熟悉工程的建筑和结构图纸、建筑装饰工程计量计价规则、标准图集以及相关规范等资料的基础上结合所学专业知识，完成手工计算指定部分钢筋工程量工作之后，运用广联达GTJ2018软件完成该工程的全部土建、装饰工程量、钢筋工程量及单价措施工程量，最后使用广联达计价软件编制工程量清单并完成该工程的工程造价，最终得出该工程的招标控制价为5563296.28元，单方造价为1446.94元。 【关键词】 招标控制价；工程量清单；广联达 Design title: BaiKuang - Jinxiu Washington (Kindergarten) Project bidding control price Students: Pan MinHui Teacher: Xie RongHan Abstract:With the rapid development of construction industry in our country, the valuation mode of bill of quantities is generally implemented, and the bidding control is carried out, the establishment of price making plays an extremely important role, accurate and reasonable compilation of bidding control price can effectively reduce the problems in the bidding process.
