The project schedule control is also a dynamic management process because of the construction project. Progress control in engineering projects is an indispensable part of the overall project. Accurate, scientific schedule control saves time and resources. A successful construction project management is inseparable from an effective schedule cost control. The network planning technology is a plan prepared by a network analysis method, which reflects the relationship between the production tasks or the processes in the project in the form of a network plan map. Reflect key operations and key routes that affect the entire project, and improve and carefully control production tasks or projects. This paper is closely integrated with this project. Firstly, it expounds the background and significance of using network planning technology to optimize the progress of the project. Secondly, it introduces relevant theoretical knowledge. Then, taking the project of the outpatient complex of Qucheng First Peoples Hospital Beicheng Branch as an example, using the network.
