PAGE I PAGE I EPC总承包模式下的工程项目管理研究 ——以五和大道（龙华段）绿化提升工程为例 摘 要 我国建筑企业的经营随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建立和完善，发生了巨大的变化。随着中国市场越来越多国际承包商的进入，中国建筑业面临着更加激烈的竞争。在这种情况下，我国建筑业面临着重大的市场开放机遇，同时也面临着发展先进管理模式的挑战。EPC总承包模式下的项目管理方法在这种时候引入中国。 本文首先对EPC项目的总承包模式做了初步的介绍，并指出了不同与其他模式的地方。目前国内外大型工程项目基本采用该模型或转化为该模型。然后提出了EPC项目总承包项目管理面临的问题。然后，以五和大道（龙华段）绿化提升工程为例，为EPC项目的管理提供科学的理论方法和先进的管理模式。相信随着现代化进程的不断加快，EPC以工程设计为核心的总承包模式是解决问题的根本途径，并将逐渐得到广大业主的认可。 关键词：EPC模式、工程总承包、项目管理、五和大道 PAGE PAGE II Abstract With the gradual establishment and improvement of Chinas market economic system, great changes have taken place in the operation of Chinas construction enterprises. As more and more international contractors enter the Chinese market, the Chinese construction industry is facing more intense competition. In this case, Chinas construction industry is facing significant market opening opportunities, but also facing the development of advanced management mode challenges. The project management method under EPC general contracting mode was introduced into China at this time. This paper first makes a preliminary introduction to the general contracting mode of EPC project and points out the differences from other modes. At present, this model is basically adopted or transformed into this model for large engineering projects at home and abroad. Then put forward the EPC project general contracting project management problems. Then, take wuhe avenue (longhua section) greening improvement project as an example to provide scientific theory and advanced management mode for EPC project management. It is believed that with the acceleration of modernization process, EPCs general contracting mode with engineering design as the core is the fundamental way to solve the problem, and will be gradually recognized by the majority of owners.
