中文摘要及关键词 PAGE II PAGE II 摘 要 对于整个工程项目来说，对建筑工程土建施工现场进行有效的管理有重要的作用，良好的现场管理能促进施工企业成本控制和工程质量的提高，更能促进建筑整体的稳定发展。本文以匹河乡指挥田安置点工程项目施工现场管理为例，结合调查法、文献研究法、案例分析法、比较分析法全面对施工现场管理进行分析，以此就针对在土建工程中，如何更好的加强施工现场管理做进一步的研究。本文认为本工程项目中在施工现场管理过程中存在以下问题：1、模板搭设不规范，混凝土配合比差异大，钢筋抗拉强度不够，施工方案落后建议监理单位要加强监督，现场严格按照规范施工；2、材料管理人员业务能力低、经验少，材料采购超出预算，现场原材料浪费严重超额领料使用率低，建议公司对新手加强培训、举行师带徒协议，让熟手在现场亲自指导；3、安全管理上安全物资缺乏，劳务人员安全意识薄弱，随意搭接电源，语音差异管理困难，机械设备使用进场不规范没有按时保养，没有系统化安全施工流程及措施等问题，建议加大安全资金投入，现场各种警示标语要求到位、对不认真执行的加大处罚力度。只有进行妥善的管理，才能促进施工的顺利展开，使施工能够按计划进行，提高整体工作效率。 关键词： 建筑工程 施工现场 管理分析 英文摘要及关键词 Abstract For the whole project, the effective management of civil engineering construction site plays an important role. Good site management can promote the cost control of construction enterprises and the improvement of project quality, as well as promote the overall stable development of the building. Taking the construction site management of pihe township command field resettlement project as an example, this paper comprehensively analyzes the construction site management by combining investigation method, literature research method, case analysis method and comparative analysis method, so as to make further research on how to better strengthen the construction site management in civil engineering.
