温州港二期工程项目经济可行性分析 Economic Feasibility Analysis of Wenzhou Port Phase II Project 摘 要 项目可行性研究属于决策科学与项目管理交集的体现。正常情况下，项目的可行性研究必须在项目进行决策前完成。其主要内容包括对项目投资建设是否必要，技术是否先进，经济是否合理三个方面。经济可行性，就是运用一系列经济手段和方法，对项目进行投资估算，并进行资金来源分析、盈利能力分析、清偿能力分析等，最终反映项目的可行性。 温州港是我国沿海25个主要港口之一，在我国沿海港口和海上航运市场中占据了重要地位。但与此同时，温州港的发展较为缓慢，港区分散、停泊泊位较小、与周边省市强港竞争力不强等的现象突出。为解决以上问题，温州港提出了建设ZYA港区二期工程的规划，并得到了省和国家的支持。本文以温州港二期工程方案为例，在该工程的投资估算和资金来源的基础数据上，通过对该项目的盈利能力分析、贷款偿还能力分析以及敏感性分析，编制相应的财务报表，进而计算出相应的财务评价指标，最终得出其经济合理性分析的结论。 关键词：温州港；财务净现值；内部收益率；投资回收期；清偿能力；敏感性 Abstract The feasibility study of project belongs to the intersection of decision science and project management. Normally, the feasibility study of a project must be completed before the project is made a decision. Its main contents include whether it is necessary to invest in the construction of the project, whether the technology is advanced, and whether the economy is reasonable. Economic feasibility is to use a series of economic means and methods to estimate the investment of the project, and to analyze the source of funds, profitability, liquidation capacity, etc., which ultimately reflects the feasibility of the project. Wenzhou Port is one of the 25 main ports along the coast of our country, which occupies an important position in the coastal ports and maritime shipping market of our country.
