PAGE PAGE 2 质量管理体系在现代城工程项目建造全过程中的研究 摘 要 随着漫长的时间沉淀同时房地产产业的飞速发展，各种问题也随之而来，其中工程质量的问题让人堪忧。由于关系到我国国民的切身利益，工程质量问题也渐渐成为焦点问题，从当前我国房地产的总体情况中来看，大部分企业质量管理的意识普遍不强，企业并不能全面的系统的运用项目管理。企业在施工过程中对于质量管理方面的先进理念以及它使用的方法也没有具体的体系和制度，也因此导致我国当前企业房地产项目的质量管理现状不容乐观。如何提高房地产项目质量管理的水平已然成为当下急切需要解决的问题了。 本文首先对 ISO9000 质量管理体系的原则和过程方法的相关理论进行解释，概括我国目前建设工程项目管理内容和以及施工管理要点。其次，通过对质量管理体系在现代城工程项目的建造全过程的运行情况进行分析。最后，结合项目的实际情况，提出改进措施，从而使企业的施工管理更加规范，有利于提高企业的施工质量管理水平。 关键词：质量管理体系；项目管理；施工管理 Abstract With a long time of precipitation and the rapid development of the real estate industry, a variety of problems follow, among which the quality of the project is worrying. As it concerns the vital interests of our countrys citizens, the quality of project has gradually become the focus of the problem. From the current overall situation of real estate in China, the awareness of quality management in most enterprises is generally not strong, and the advanced concepts and methods of project management, quality management can not be used comprehensively and systematically, leading to the current quality management of real estate projects in China. The situation is not optimistic. How to improve the quality management level of real estate projects has become an urgent problem to be solved. Firstly, this paper explains the relevant theories of ISO9000 quality management system principles and process methods, and summarizes the current construction project management content and key points of construction management in China. Secondly, through the analysis of the operation of quality management system in the whole process of construction of modern city project. Finally, according to the actual situation of the project, the improvement measures are put forward, so as to make the construction management of enterprises more standardized, which is conducive to improving the level of construction quality management of enterprises.
