摘 要 近年来，随着市场经济和市场体制的进一步发展，我国的建筑业的发展也日新月异。在不断进步的同时，也出现了许多问题，尤其是其行业的生产方式和组织结构问题，更是急需改革创新。施工企业普遍采用项目经理负责制和工程造价核算制。在此基础上，施工企业如何做好施工安全管理已成为施工项目管理的主要任务。如何确保生产安全，确保工人的生命财产安全，也是政府，企业甚至全社会多年的一个重点。本文主要是以平丰——加先公路项目为案例进行分析，第一部分分析当前施工项目安全管理的相关背景与意义，进而对国内外的一些研究现状、研究内容以及本文主要研究方法。文章第二部分指出施工项目安全管理的主要概念及理论，并分析出安全生产的主要特点和方法。第三部分对平丰——加先公路项目进行简单的介绍，分析该项目在进行安全管理过程中实行的安全管理的方法，并对平丰——加先公路安全施工过程中的相关投入进行表述。 从平丰——加先公路项目安全管理着手，分析施工项目安全管理的一些特点，随后从 区平丰——加先公路项目安全管理存在的一些问题入手，提出解决问题的一些措施，借此对该项目的安全管理提供一些借鉴意义。 关键词：项目安全管理 平丰——加先公路 问题对策  Abstract In the past few years, with the rapid development of Chinas economy, our construction industry and construction system have undergone continuous reform and innovation, and the production organization form of the construction industry has undergone earth-shaking changes. In order to do a good job in construction safety management, the project responsibility system and the project cost accounting system also came into being. These systems are very effective for construction project management. Also let the construction safety be more guaranteed.How to ensure the safety of production and the safety of workerslives and property is also a focus of the government, enterprises and even the whole society for many years. This paper mainly takes Pingfeng-Jiaxian Highway Project as an example to analyze. Firstly, the first part analyzes the premise and significance of the current construction project safety management in China. Then, the domestic and foreign examples of construction project safety management are studied, from which lessons are summarized.The second part of the article points out the main concepts and theories of safety management of construction projects, and analyses the main characteristics and methods of safety production. The third part briefly introduces the Pingfeng-Jiaxian highway project, analyses the methods of safety management in the process of safety management, and expresses the related investment in the process of Pingfeng-Jiaxian highway
