STYLEREF 标题 1 参考文献 摘 要 近些年来，工程项目管理研究不断完善，市政道路工程作为城市规模发展和城市形象建设的必要保障，其项目建设水平和管理手段也已经形成体系，为建设项目的高效有序进行提供了有效保证； 通过对当前市政工程建设过程中质量管理与进度管理各自发挥的作用与控制手段的研究，分析两者在工程进行中存在的联系与矛盾，得出市政工程质量与进度协调管理的基本手段和原则； 市政道路项目中进度与质量两个问题的协调非常重要。本文以昆明市东风路道路恢复提升工程为例，把质量控制与进度控制结合起来研究，分析二者的相互作用和协调关系， 将已总结出的协调控制手段在实际工程中加以运用，验证其可行性，为工程质量、进度协调控制提供有效实际手段。 关键词：市政工程项目 质量管理 进度管理 协调性 Abstract In recent years, engineering project Management research continues to improve, municipal road engineering as the necessary guarantee of urban scale development and urban image construction, its project construction level and management means have also formed a system, for the efficient and orderly construction projects to provide an effective guarantee; Through the study of the functions and control means of quality management and schedule management in the course of municipal engineering construction, this paper analyzes the relations and contradictions existing in the whole process of municipal project, and obtains the basic means and principles of coordinated management of municipal engineering quality and schedule. The coordination of progress and quality in municipal road projects is very important. Taking the road restoration and improvement project of Dongfeng Road in Kunming as an example, this paper combines quality control with schedule control, analyzes the interaction and coordination relationship between the two, applies the coordinated control means that have been summed up in practical engineering, verifies its feasibility, and provides an effective practical means for the coordinated control of engineering quality and schedule.
