PAGE PAGE 1 工程项目造价存在的问题、原因及对策分析 摘 要 随着社会现代化的快速发展，建筑业越来越受到人们的关注。工程造价是施工中不可缺少的工作，并且具有十分重要的作用。中国的经济造价管理体系在计划经济中发挥了作用，但由于中国市场经济的改革，现行的造价管理体制不断强化政策和不断实施开放政策的弊端。中国的发展为提高经济效益，中国建筑企业经济管理机制的变化将有助于实现良性循环的管理和发展。在本文中，首先介绍工程项目成本问题的研究背景，重要性，目的和文献综述，原因和措施，介绍相关概念，并再次介绍项目造价管理问题。分析广场项目，包括决策阶段的关键问题，设计阶段的关键问题以及招标阶段的关键问题，实施阶段存在重大问题，完工阶段存在重大问题，并对存在问题的原因进行分析，针对问题和原因提出相应的解决措施。 关键词：工程项目造价；问题；原因；对策；分析 Abstract In?the?social?modernization?rapid?development,?the?construction?industry?is?being?attached?great?importance.During?the?construction?process,?the?necessary?job?is?project?cost.?It?plays?a?vital?role.?with?the?innovation?in?the?Chinese?market,?project?cost?of?China?has?had?some?impact??in?the?planned?economy?period.?But?with?the?reform of Chinas market economy system, Chinas current cost management system continues to deepen its policy and steadily implement the policy of opening up to the outside world. The development of China is limited due to the fact that exposure of different shortcomings. The transformation of economic management mechanism and the improvement of economic benefit in Chinese construction enterprises are conducive to the smooth realization of management and development virtuous circle. This article describes the presence of engineering project cost. The problems, reasons and countermeasures are analyzed. First of all, this paper recommends the background of the research, the purpose and meaning of this research, and review of domestic literature. Secondly, the paper introduces the correlation concepts, and then analyzes the present issues on the project cost management.
