PAGE PAGE 1 和邢铁路路基工程项目施工组织设计优化研究 摘 要 在建筑事业飞速发展的今天，中国的建筑技术和施工管理已经能够达到世界先进水平。在施工管理中，合理的施工组织设计将对工程工期、质量和成本的控制产生有利影响。 根据研究分析，建筑施工组织优化研究主要结论如下： 1.优化施工组织设计的关键就是要掌控好工期、费用与质量三者之间的关系。以成本指标为核心，综合考虑工期和质量，建立项目施工组织设计综合评价指标体系，找出最合适的优化方案。 2.施工方案是施工组织设计的核心内容，可采用网络图和横道图对施工方案进行分析。使用网络计划调整，确保工程施工成本和进度，通过优化网络计划和横道图缩短项目的持续时间，减少成本。 3.优化施工方案，全面优化进度。运用所研究的优化理论，对和邢铁路路基工程进行分析研究，进而对和邢铁路路基工程进行施工组织设计优化。 关键词：施工组织设计 施工进度 施工计划 网络计划  Research on Construction Organization Design Optimization of Hexing Railway Subgrade Engineering Project Abstract With the rapid development of the construction industry today, Chinas construction technology and construction management has been able to reach the worlds advanced level.In the construction management, the reasonable construction organization design will have the advantageous influence to the project time limit, the quality and the cost control. According to the research and analysis, the main conclusions of the research on construction organization optimization are as follows: 1. The key to optimize the construction organization design is to control the relationship among the construction period, cost and quality.Taking the cost index as the core and taking the construction period and quality into consideration, the comprehensive evaluation index system of project construction organization and design is established to find the most suitable optimization scheme. 2. The construction plan is the core content of the construction organization design, which can be analyzed by using network diagram and crossroad diagram.Use network plan adjustment to ensure project construction cost and schedule, and reduce project duration and cost by optimizing network plan and cross plot. 3. Optimize the construction plan and overall progress.Based on the optimization theory, this paper analyzes and studies the hexing railway subgrade engineering, and then optimizes the construction organization design of hexing railway subgrade engineering.
