PAGE PAGE V 基于BIM技术的建设工程项目多主体协同关系研究 摘要：近年来，工程项目愈发倾向大型化、技术复杂化并且工程质量要求高，施工工艺高效。随着BIM在我国的推广和普及，传统模式下的管理方式更加不能满足需求，因而我们必须联系时代背景做出更有意义的研究来推进建设工程项目进一步发展。本文以基于BIM技术的建设工程项目多主体协同关系为研究对象，结合协同理论以及搜索与选题相关文献资料作为参考，初步建立BIM项目协同管理模型，通过引入案例验证BIM项目多主体协同管理模型可行性。研究发现BIM在工程项目中的应用有很大价值，它从项目全生命周期各个阶段对工程项目进行有效的协同管理，降低了管理成本，提高了项目效益。基于BIM技术的建设工程项目多主体协同关系研究具有重要意义。 关键词：协同管理；多主体协同；BIM技术 Research on multi-subject collaborative relationship of construction projects based on BIM technology Abstract:In recent years, engineering projects are increasingly inclined to be large-scale, technically complex, with high engineering quality requirements and efficient construction technology. With the promotion and popularization of BIM in China, the traditional management mode cannot meet the demand, so we must make more meaningful research to promote the further development of construction projects. This paper takes the multi-subject collaborative relationship of construction projects based on BIM technology as the research object, combines the collaborative theory and relevant literature materials of search and topic selection as references, initially establishes the BIM project collaborative management model, and verifies the feasibility of the BIM project multi-subject collaborative management model by introducing cases. It is found that the application of BIM in engineering projects is of great value. It carries out effective collaborative management of engineering projects from all stages of the whole life cycle of the project, which reduces the management cost and improves the project benefit. The research on the multi-subject collaborative relationship of construction projects based on BIM technology is of great significance.
