PAGE PAGE IV 基于网络计划技术的工程项目工期优化 ——以侗乡大健康产业孵化基地二号楼为例 摘要：随着科学技术的发展、社会的进步，企业间的竞争日益激烈，只有对工程项目的成本、质量、进度等都做出了较高的要求，才能在这种优胜劣汰的环境中生存下来。本文以侗乡大健康产业孵化基地二号楼的基础建设项目为例，从网络计划技术的理论方面和实际方面入手，阐述了网络计划技术的起源及方法原理、国内外研究现状等，分析了网络计划技术在工程项目工程中的应用；从工期约束和成本约束两个方面，就其项目的工期优化现状及存在的问题，探索科学有效的解决办法及优化方法。首先对侗乡大健康产业孵化基地二号楼的基础建设项目进行简述；在确定项目范围后编制了WBS分解结构,估算工作时间,在网络计划技术基础上结合Microsoft Project2003软件编制了侗乡大健康产业孵化基地二号楼的基础建设项目的初始进度计划,并识别出关键路径；接着结合调整工作关系、强制压缩法和利用时差缩短工期对进度计划进行优化。 关键词：网络计划技术；工程项目管理；工期优化 Optimization of project duration based on network planning technology ——Take no.2 building of Dongxiang big health industry incubation base as an example Abstract：with the development of science and technology, social progress, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, only the costof engineering projects, quality, progress, etc. have made higher requirements, in order to survive in this survival of the fittest environment. Takingthe infrastructure construction project of no.2 building of Dongxiang big health industry incubation base as an example, this paper starts from thetheoretical and practical aspects of network planning technology, expounds the origin, method and principle of network planning technology, theresearch status at home and abroad, and analyzes the application of network planning technology in engineering projects. From two aspects of timelimit constraint and cost constraint, this paper explores scientific and effective solutions and optimization methods for the current situation andexisting problems of its project time limit optimization. Firstly, the paper introduces the basic construction project of building 2 of Dongxiang big healthindustry incubation base. After determining the scope of the project, the WBS decomposition structure was compiled and the working time wasestimated.
