价值工程在荷花苑工程项目成本管理中的具体应用 摘??要 本文以荷花苑项目为实例，对我国建筑业施工项目成本控制现状的深入分析，针对传统的成本管理模式下，企业存在成本管理意识不强，部门职责分工不明确，相互配合难度大；人员素质不高，管理理念落后；材料管理不严，浪费严重；成本核算留于形式，对实际成本控制指导意义不大等弊病，探讨其理念、方法、执行，明确肯定运用具有现代理念的价值工程理论，实施项目成本控制的价值。针对如今的施工公司在我们国家的项目投入资金限制的问题，指出要进一步加大成本限制力度，同时在施工时期降低项目实施投入资金的举措，还有价值工程在限制资金投入方面的运用项目实施，在实际中谈久了价值工程在限制资金投入方面的运用情况。其同时提出了建筑领域运用价值工程的部分探究趋势。通过对实际例子的评估，针对价值工程在限制资金投入与项目管理的方面的运用展开评估与讨论。工程设计是在可行性研究的基础上，具体体现项目的技术要求和工程造价，是项目实施的重要依据。充分体现了科学的成本控制方法是项目成功的关键，是企业成功的基石，为价值工程未来的发展提出了新思路，使人们对建筑工程项目施工成本控制有一个全新的认知。 关键词：项目管理；价值工程；成本控制 Abstract Taking Hehua Garden project as an example, this paper deeply analyzes the current situation of cost control of construction projects in Chinaundefineds construction industry.
