PAGE PAGE I 基于挣值法的工程项目成本控制研究 摘 要 随着我国经济的不断发展，各行各业都得到了快速提升与进步，尤其是建筑业，近几年来的发展实在是不容小觑。但是，伴随着的不仅有进步与发展，还有不可预知的风险与挑战。由于近几年国家宏观调控政策的影响，建筑工程成本的不断增加，资源的浪费以及工期与质量的无法保证，控制工程项目成本成为了非常重要且关键的一步。只有成功把握成本控制的方法与技巧，了解整个工程项目的实际情况，并对此做出相对应的措施，才能在竞争激烈的建筑行业脱颖而出，使得企业利益最大化。 建筑施工是一个非常繁杂的工程，不仅要做到实现各个分项工程的衔接，也需要做到对工人和各种材料以及机械的高效组织，由此可见，工程项目的成本控制也是一项非常复杂的工程。本文通过对工程项目成本控制的诸多特点，结合某学院教学楼项目，将挣值法引入到此项目中，对此进行了深入研究。文中首先介绍了工程成本控制的背景，挣值法的国内外研究现状，并比较了挣值法与其他成本控制方法的不同之处。接着就将挣值法引入到具体项目，对此项目的具体情况进行阐述，发现其在成本控制过程中出现的问题及偏差，并对这些问题提出合理化的建议，对工程项目的成本进行优化，使其达到理想的程度。最后，对挣值法在工程项目成本控制的应用进行了总结与展望。 关键词：项目管理；工程项目；成本控制；进度管理；挣值法； Abstract With the continuous development of Chinas economy, all walks of life have been rapid improvement and progress, especially the construction industry, the development in recent years is not to be underestimated. However, it is accompanied not only by progress and development, but also by unpredictable risks and challenges. Because of the influence of national macro-control policy in recent years, the increasing cost of construction engineering, the waste of resources and the inability to guarantee the duration and quality, it has become a very important and critical step to control the cost of engineering projects. Only by successfully grasping the methods and techniques of cost control, understanding the actual situation of the whole project, and making corresponding measures to this, can we stand out in the competitive construction industry and maximize the benefits of the enterprise. Construction is a very complicated project, not only to achieve the convergence of the various sub-projects, but also to the workers and a variety of materials and machinery of efficient organization, thus, the cost control of the project is also a very complex project. In this paper, through the many characteristics of project cost control, combined with a college teaching building project, the earned value method is introduced into this project, which is studied in depth. This paper first intro
