PAGE 16 基于目标动态模型的建筑工程项目造价管理研究 摘要：我国建筑行业发展迅速，对于市场的要求也越来越高，在这种变化快的环境里，传统的造价管理模式已经不能适应现在的情况，所以对于一个建设项目，进行动态管理是必须的，提高管控的能力，降低成本，实现最大利益。重点研究采用目标动态模型的方法对建设项目进行中对三大目标进行控制及监督，即造价控制、工期控制和质量控制。寻找三者之间的平衡点，是现在行业急需解决的问题，研究对工程造价－工期－质量多目标动态优化模型展开研究。然后在项目全生命周期中的各个阶段进行动态管理，研究各个阶段中可能发生的变化，对造价的影响，以及如何去进行有效控制，因而减小时间或者市场价格带来的损失。本文通过对这些研究，促进工程造价动态管理的进步，推动建筑行业的发展。 关键词：工程造价、动态管理、目标控制、生命周期 Research on construction project cost management based on target dynamic model Abstract: Chinas construction industry is developing rapidly, and the demand for the market is becoming higher and higher. In this fast changing environment, the traditional cost management model can not adapt to the current situation, so for a construction project, dynamic management is necessary, improve the ability of management and control, reduce costs and achieve maximum benefits. Emphasis is laid on the control and supervision of three major objectives in the construction project by using the method of target dynamic model, namely, cost control, time limit control and quality control. Finding the balance point among the three is an urgent problem to be solved in the industry. The multi-objective dynamic optimization model of project cost-time-quality is studied. Then, it carries out dynamic management in each stage of the project life cycle, studies the possible changes in each stage, the impact on the cost, and how to control effectively, so as to reduce the loss caused by time or market price. Through these studies, this paper promotes the progress of dynamic management of project cost and promotes the development of construction industry.
