PAGE II 基于供应链的工程项目采购管理研究 摘 要 建筑是城市发展中必不可少的，但建筑业的发展也给我国带来了很多的环境污染问题以及承包商所承担成本提高的问题。为了解决这些问题，顺应可持续发展的理念。论文主要研究建筑供应链的存在对建筑业的重要影响以及其发展趋势。 本文主要用理论研究和分析实例的方法，对建筑供应链环境下工程项目采购存在的问题及解决策略的比较分析，绿色供应链等几个方面的研究，提出有效的措施。为我国建筑业的发展提供新的方向。 结合当前环境下的工程项目管理这一现状研究表明：建筑供应链是我国建筑行业发展中强有力的支柱，然而其未来发展趋势--绿色供应链可以创造一个和谐的环境，使企业更富有竞争力和发展前景。同时建筑绿色供应链管理中创造性的途径就是以绿色为焦点的工程采购管理。 关键词：供应链管理；采购管理；供应商管理；成本；绿色供应链 Abstract Architecture is essential in the development of cities, but the development of architecture also brings many environmental pollution problems and the increase of the cost borne by contractors. In order to solve this problem, we must respect the concept of sustainable development. The paper mainly studies the impact of the construction industry chain on the construction industry. This paper mainly uses the oretical research and analysis of examples to propose effective measures for the problems in engineering procurement in the construction supply chain environment and the comparative analysis of the solution strategies and the green supply chain. Provide a new direction for the development of Chinas construction industry. Combined with the current project management under the current environment, the research shows that: Construction supply chain is a strong pillar in the development of Chinas construction industry. However, its future development trend - green supply chain can create a harmonious environment, make enterprises more competitive and development prospects. At the same time, the creative way of building green supply chain management is engineering procurement management focusing on green.
