PAGE PAGE I 基于BIM的工程项目管理的研究 摘　　要 BIM的字面意思就是把建筑的各种信息模型化，使建筑的各种信息立体化，是一种更加直观的技术，是信息技术在各种工程中的应用。建筑工程中的技术应用一直在迭代升级，从最开始的手工绘图到使用计算机绘图，再到如今更加先进的、更加直观立体的建筑模型参与到伟大的工程建设中，先进的技术手段一步步走入建筑工程，改变建筑工程的传统模式。CAD绘图在与手工绘图的使用比较中节节攀升，同样BIM技术带来的影响日益增加，它的出现也正在给传统的建筑行业带来新的变革。 BIM技术应用的核心价值在于其在建设项目管理中的适用性。建筑模型的信息数据需要同设计、招投标、施工和运维的过程中的各种信息保持一致，通过多维度的信息结合，提升工程项目管理工作效率及精准度。通过工程实例，分析了BIM技术在项目管理中的优势，如提高决策的准确性、设计意图的可行性、施工模拟、碰撞检测等，大大提高了工程项目实施全过程的效率，并带来了良好的效果。通过对本文的分析，得出了BIM技术在工程项目管理中的应用优势。希望通过这一理念的不断发展和在国内建筑业的普及，能有效提高项目管理水平，更好地为国民经济发展服务。 关键词：BIM技术　工程项目管理　应用 Research on Project Management Based on BIM Abstract The literal meaning of BIM is to model all kinds of building information and make all kinds of building information three-dimensional, which is a more intuitive technology and the application of information technology in various projects.The application of technology in architectural engineering has been continuously upgraded, from the initial manual drawing to the use of computer drawing, and now more advanced, more intuitive and three-dimensional architectural model to participate in the great project construction, advanced technical means step by step into the construction engineering, change the traditional mode of construction engineering.Compared with the use of manual drawing, CAD drawing is rising gradually.
