PAGE 21 巩义碧桂园一期8#楼工程项目质量控制 摘 要 目前，随着建筑行业的快速的发展，对社会经济的推动愈加显著，但与此同时，建筑行业中存在的质量问题成为了社会各界主要关注焦点。工程质量问题一直困扰着建筑行业的各个部门。一方面，工程质量关系到建筑的使用性，另一方面，人民生命财产安全也会受到波及，所以在进行工程建设的时候要严格把控施工质量管理，完善建筑工程质量监管体系，以保障人民群众的财产利益安全不受影响。所以采用有效的质量控制方法和管理体系来确保工程质量符合建筑物的使用要求。本文首先从质量控制的理论及工程质量控制中存在的难点与关键状况展开讨论，以巩义碧桂园一期8#楼项目工程概况为实例，将理论联系实际，探讨了在此项目施工初期、中期、后期的质量控制方法，进一阶段将项目中出现的各个问题项列出，再逐个将解决方法以及整改措施详细解释，最后，以巩义碧桂园一期8#楼的验收结果作为对项目质量完成度的。以此研究来达到提高建筑施工企业质量管理水平，进一步优化质量管理的目的。 关键词：工程管理；质量控制；质量管理 Abstract At present, with the rapid development of the construction industry, the promotion of social economy is more and more significant, but at the same time, the quality problems in the construction industry have become the main focus of attention of all sectors of society. Engineering quality problems have been plaguing all sectors of the construction industry. On the one hand, project quality is related to the usability of buildings, on the other hand, the safety of peoples lives and property will also be affected. Therefore, construction quality management should be strictly controlled and the quality supervision system of construction projects should be improved in order to ensure the safety of peoples property interests. Therefore, effective quality control methods and management systems are adopted to ensure that the quality of the project meets the use requirements of the building. Firstly, this paper discusses the theory of quality control and the difficulties and key conditions in engineering quality control. Taking the general situation of Gongyi Biguiyuan Phase I Building 8 as an example, combining theory with practice, this paper discusses the quality control methods in the early, middle and late stages of the project construction, lists the various problems in the project in one stage, and then lists the solutions one by one.
