摘　要 PAGE I 摘 要 随着中国改革开放的不断深入和建筑市场的不断完善，建筑市场的竞争日趋激烈。 如何保证工程项目的成本最低已成为施工企业最迫切需要解决的问题。 施工单位将加强成本控制并最大限度地降低项目成本，从而提高整体项目效率。 对于施工企业而言，这有助于改善其市场创新机会和市场竞争力。 因此，加强施工中的成本控制对施工企业来说十分重要。在此背景下，本文以昆明万景园小区为研究对象进行了建设工程项目施工成本控制体系的分析与设计。在总结课题背景、意义和研究现状的基础上，阐述了项目施工成本控制的相关概念理论。对万景园小区工程成本控制的现状和存在的问题进行了分析。最后,提出了万景园项目施工成本控制及对策。 关键词：万景园小区　建设工程项目　施工成本控制 ａｂｓｔｒａｃｔ Abstract With the continuous deepening of Chinas reform and opening up and the continuous improvement of the construction market, the competition in the construction market has become increasingly fierce. How to ensure the maximum profit of the project has become an urgent issue for construction companies. The construction unit will strengthen cost control and minimize project costs, thereby improving overall project efficiency. For construction companies, this helps to improve their market innovation opportunities and market competitiveness. Therefore, strengthening cost control is crucial for construction companies. In this context, this paper analyzes and designs the construction cost control system of the construction project with the “Wanjingyuan” community in Kunming as the research object. On the basis of a brief description of the background, significance and research status of the project, the related concept theory of project construction cost control is expounded. The status quo and existing problems of the cost control of the “Wanjingyuan” community project were analyzed. Finally, the construction cost control and countermeasures of Wanjingyuan project are put forward.
