摘 要 摘 要 项目建设基本规则的基础上，在进行设计和建设施工项目，制定经济实施的施工方案，有效组织施工顺序，充分掌握施工时间和持续时间，从而制定出高效合理更科学的施工计划表，合理规划布置提高施工场地的利用效率，对施工资源的调配进行合理优化，从而可以降低施工成本。本文主要以昆明市S地铁站工程项目为例，对其施工组织的设计进行了分析和研究。 本文首先介绍了研究的背景和意义以及本文采用的研究的方法和技术路线。然后通过对地铁站施工组织设计的理论深入研究，阐述昆明市S地铁站施工组织设计选择的原因。接着运用案例分析地铁站施工组织设计的必要性和可行性，结合昆明市S地铁站工程项目的现状，分析S地铁站施工组织设计在进度、成本、环保的现状。最后针对S地铁站施工组织设计过程中可能出现的问题,提出相应的对策。 关键词：地铁站　施工组织设计　进度控制　成本控制 Abstract Abstract On the basis of the basic rules for project construction, design and construction projects are carried out, economic construction plans are formulated, and construction orders are effectively organized.so as to draw up an economic and practical construction scheme, organize the construction sequence efficiently, arrange the construction schedule on the basis of fully grasping the time and time limit, plan and arrange reasonably, improve the utilization efficiency of construction site, and allocate construction resources. Reasonable optimization can reduce construction cost. In this paper, taking Kunming S Metro Station Project as an example, the design of its construction organization is analyzed and studied. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research as well as the research status at home and abroad and the research methods and technical routes adopted in this paper.Then, through the in-depth study of the theory of the construction organization design of the subway station, this paper expounds the reasons for the selection of the construction organization design of Kunming S subway station. Then the necessity and feasibility of construction organization design of metro station are analyzed by case study. Combined with the current situation of S metro station project in Kunming, the progress, cost, current situation and problems of construction organization design of S metro station are analyzed.
