PAGE PAGE I PAGE PAGE II 清单计价模式下的工程项目成本控制研究 摘要：为了顺应全球经济一体化，提高在国际中的竞争优势，我国在工程项目中引用国外较为科学有效的工程量清单计价模式。在我国工程项目的不断推进过程中，对项目成本管理的要求也随之提高，成本管理在建筑工程建设过程中扮演着日益趋向核心位置的角色。因此，为了跟上时代和经济发展的步伐，在建筑工程领域，需合理控制成本的波动范围、对成本控制水平的加强、不断地完善相应的工程项目成本控制体系，从而有效提升工程项目的成本管理水准。本文结合国内外工程项目成本管理经验，对近年来清单计价模式下的工程成本控制进行了研究，并结合实际案例进行总结，为研究提供了理论和方法。 关键词：工程量清单；计价模式；成本控制 Bill of Quantity Mode of Construction Project Cost Control Research Abstract: At the same time of Chinas rapid economic development, peoples requirements for living and travel conditions are getting higher and higher, and the pressure on construction projects in China is increasing. In order to comply with the global economic integration and enhance the competitive advantage in the international arena, China has cited foreign scientific and effective engineering quantity list pricing models in engineering projects. The continuous advancement of engineering projects in China, and the requirements for project cost management have also risen. For the construction project, the cost control level of the project is continuously strengthened, and the corresponding project cost control system is continuously improved within the reasonable cost control scope. Thereby effectively improving the cost management level of the project. This paper which combines the experience of cost management concludes the engineering projects at home and abroad, is summarizing the engineering cost control under the inventory pricing model in recent years, which provides the theory and method for the research.
