Details determine success or failure, the article focuses on breaking the special emphasis on the construction process in Chinas construction projects, through a comprehensive analysis, to understand the importance of the early decision-making design stage in the construction project investment. At the same time, the article finally demonstrates the importance of investment decision-making stage control in the process of dynamic investment control through case analysis of several construction projects. We should learn from foreign advanced management and control technology, extract its essence, and remove its dross. Combined with the concept of Chinas socialist modernization, we will develop a management method suitable for its national conditions.
