PAGE PAGE 20 摘 要 我国的建筑市场正在快速地发展，现如今绝大多数的工程项目选择采用EPC模式发展。在面对建筑行业激烈的竞争的情况下，总承包企业的关键就是控制好造价，这关系到作为承包商的总承包企业是否可以在建筑行业立足和更好地发展。那么，怎么在确保工程质量的条件下，更有效的控制成本、降低工程造价，从而使得EPC项目的利润最大化则成为各个总承包企业最关注的焦点。因此，运用技术与经济分析对工程项目进行成本控制则不仅是我们的首要选择，也是最有效的途径。 本文采用理论与实践相结合的研究方法，在阐述技术与经济分析及EPC项目的理论基础上，探究对工程项目进行技术与经济分析的作用和必要性。其次，运用对EPC项目进行技术与经济分析的方法对实际案例进行分析，突显进行技术与经济分析的意义，为日后的研究提供参考。 关键词：EPC项目 技术与经济分析 意义 方法 Abstract Chinas construction market is developing rapidly, and nowadays most engineering projects choose to use the EPC model for development. Under the situation of more intense competition among construction enterprises, cost control is a key to EPC project general contracting enterprises, which directly determines whether the general contracting enterprise as a contractor can survive and develop in the fierce market competition. Thus, how to control costs and reduce project more effectively costs so as to maximize the profit of EPC projects under the premise of ensuring project quality has become the focus of most general contracting companies. Therefore, the use of technical and economic analysis for cost control of engineering projects is not only our primary choice, but also the most effective way. Based on the theory of technical and economic analysis and EPC project, this thesis uses a research technique that combines theory and practice to explore the role and necessity of technical and economic analysis of engineering projects. Secondly, the technical and economic analysis of the EPC project is used to analyze the actual cases, highlighting the significance of technical and economic analysis, and providing reference for future research.
