PAGE 31 PAGE 1 GVC视角下跨境电商对传统贸易的影响转型对策分析以广东省家具业为例 摘 要 时值全球化愈演愈烈的今天，全球价值链也在不断演化，朝着数字化、网络化的趋势发展。广东省家具行业作为庞大的传统型产业，也同样处在转型升级的窗口。研究此问题，有助于给家具产业乃至其他企业的转型对策启示。 本文以广东家具业为例，以文献分析法，案例分析法等作为研究方法，通过跨境电商这个互联网+国际贸易结合的平台，研究此行业的现状，如何突破全球价值链理论中微笑曲线的“低端锁定”陷阱。 本文共分五章。从第二章开始，先阐述了全球价值链的理论背景，下一章结合价值链，通过数据分析了广东家具产业集聚状况，并运用SWOT分析法解析了家具产业区利用跨境电商发展的现状，最终总结出广东家具业存在出口成本高等问题。第四章研究了跨境电商对传统产业的影响，得出跨境电商有利于产业转型升级，并分析微笑曲线，得出了三条方向的升级路径：制造、品牌与设计。 本文的结论是跨境电商的数字化水平能够帮助家具行业突破低端锁定，从制造、品牌与研发三个不同的角度进行升级，同时传统贸易产业也能从这三个角度得到升级的启示。 关键词：全球价值链；跨境电商；转型升级；家具产业\ Analysis of the countermeasures for the influence of cross-border e-commerce on traditional trade under GVC background Taking Guangdongs furniture industry as an example Abstract Today, the globalization is intensifying, and the global value chain is also evolving, moving towards the trend of digitalization and networking.
