PAGE PAGE 2 摘 要 自从项目管理概念传入中国，中国的项目监理制度也在飞速的发展，在监理行业取得了很好的进步，我国在质量控制领域也进入了世界前列，对质量的提升和国名经济的提高都有很大的促进作用。本文以监理的角度，对监理项目监理质量控制体系进行细致的研究，对体系的问题提出来，并加以解决，提升项目监理的质量管理的水平，对于整个行业的发展起到一个促进的作用。 改论文切入点，首先从项目监理的现状开始切入，接着对现状存在的问题进行分析，研究现在的研究背景，全面了解该背景下的项目监理的现状，讲解了该论文的主要研究思路和方法。接下来讨论对该体系现状的改进方法，讨论过后，就算正式开始对该体系的设计阶段，明确该体系的目标、计划、依据以及流程等。有了这些之后，我们开始对该体系进行设计文件，主要讲解文件的目标、计划、组织机构和任务分解等。最后我们在该体的基础下，提出四个保证该体系能正常运行的保障措施，保障该体系的顺利运行。 关键词：质量控制 监理 项目体系 施工质量 Abstract Since the concept of project management was introduced into China, Chinas project supervision system is also developing rapidly, and has made great progress in the supervision industry. China has also entered the forefront of the world in the field of quality control, which has a great role in promoting the improvement of quality and national economy. From the perspective of supervision, this paper makes a detailed study on the quality control system of supervision project, puts forward the problems of the system, solves them, improves the quality management level of project supervision, and plays a role in promoting the development of the whole industry. Change the starting point of the paper, first from the current situation of project supervision, then analyze the existing problems, study the current research background, fully understand the current situation of project supervision under this background, and explain the main research ideas and methods of the paper. Next, it discusses the improvement methods for the current situation of the system. After the discussion, even if the design phase of the system is officially started, the objectives, plans, basis and processes of the system are clear. With these, we began to design documents for the system, mainly explaining the objectives, plans, organizations and task decomposition of the documents. Finally, on the basis of the system, we put forward four guarantee measures to ensure the normal operation of the system to ensure the smooth operation of the system. K
