PAGE 54 IE方法在某三甲医院中的应用-门诊部设施规划与病案室工作流程研究与优化 摘 要 某三甲医院门诊部中患者就诊方式的不同会导致就诊时间有很大的差异，有21%患者不会使用高效的挂号缴费方式，故本论文将通过5W1H分析法、ECRS四原则对患者就诊流程进行分析并改善患者的就诊方式和就诊流程，并通过设施规划设计对门诊部进行重新设计，重新调配各个科室的位置，让更多的患者少走弯路，提高门诊部的接诊效率，提高门诊部的年接诊量并通过flexsim仿真软件对改善方案进行仿真模拟。 病案室是全院集中管理病患档案的部门，该部门记录着每一位患者的治疗过程，对于医生的诊治与患者的治疗有着非常重要的作用。病案室工作量极大，且多数是重复机械形式的工作，病案室中有多个工序工作效率低，动作浪费严重，需要使用ECRS四原则对病案室的几个工序进行分析，并去除或合并无效动作，并且将对其工作流程进行改善，以提高病案室的工作效率。 关键词：5W1H；ECRS四原则；工业工程改善；设施规划设计；flexsim仿真 Application of IE method in a top three hospital: Facility Planning of outpatient department and workflow research and optimization of medical record room Abstract The different ways of seeing a doctor in the outpatient department of a 3A hospital will lead to a great difference in the time of seeing a doctor. 21% of the patients will not use the efficient way of registration and payment.
