PAGE 19 本科毕业设计（论文） 题 目： 管理者能力与企业投资效率的关系研究 ——以制造行业为例 摘 要 随着我国上市公司数量的急剧增加，一些较为深刻的经济问题逐渐显现出来。其中，企业的投资效率是当今企业管理者乃至企业所有者所重点关注的领域。而这些企业的投资效率受到诸多因素的影响，因此，本文主要研究的是管理者能力与企业投资效率的关系。 本文以2011年至2017年中国制造业公司年度横截面数据为基础，运用DEA-Tobit分析方法对中国制造业公司计算管理者能力。在此基础上，运用OLS回归检验来研究管理者能力与企业投资效率之间的关系。实证检验结果表明，中国制造业企业上市公司的投资效率与管理者能力存在显著的正相关关系，即管理者能力越强，则该企业投资效率越高；反之，一个企业的管理者能力越弱，该企业的投资效率则越低。 关键词：制造行业，管理者能力，投资效率 ABSTRACT With the sharp increase in the number of listed companies in China, some relatively deep economic problems have gradually emerged. Among them, the investment efficiency of enterprises is the focus of todays corporate managers and even business owners. The investment efficiency of these enterprises is affected by many factors. Therefore, this paper mainly studies the relationship between managerial ability and corporate investment efficiency. Based on the annual cross-sectional data of Chinese manufacturing companies from 2011 to 2017, this paper uses the DEA-Tobit analysis method to calculate managerial capacity for Chinese manufacturing companies. On this basis, the OLS regression test is used to study the relationship between managerial ability and corporate investment efficiency. The empirical test results show that there is a significant positive correlation between the investment efficiency of listed companies in Chinas manufacturing enterprises and the managers ability. That is, the stronger the managers ability, the higher the investment efficiency of the enterprise; on the contrary, the weaker the managerial ability of a company The investment efficiency of the company is lower.
