Ⅰ PAGE 2 毕业设计（论文） 广东省农产品供应链问题与对策探析 摘 要 农业关乎民生大计，研究农产品供应链理论，针对性分析广东农产品行业的特点并探求其对策，对解决广东省农产品供应链问题，优化供应链模式，促进广东省农产品的发展都具有重大意义。 本文的研究对象是广东省农产品供应链，在现有理论基础上，整合出了农产品供应链的一般概念、特征以及批发市场、农消对接、农超对接和龙头企业四种运营模式。再基于调查数据，结合广东省实际，深入分析广东省独特问题，并提供针对性的对策。 研究发现，广东省传统的供应链运营模式导致市场流通环节多、损耗大且物流成本高，而由于物流硬件和信息化水平较低，致使龙头企业对担任核心企业望而却步，此外近几年的农产品安全事件，又让农产品行业受到了巨大打击。因此，要破解广东省农产品的发展难题，需要改善农产品流通的硬件环境，提升信息化水平，培育核心企业，并在这基础上优化农产品的供应商、中间商、销售商，从而降低成本，提高质量以及实现农产品的安全监管。 关键词：广东农产品；供应链；优化 Ⅱ ABSTRACT Agriculture is vital to peoples livelihood. It is of great significance to study the supply chain theory of agricultural products, analyze the characteristics of Guangdong agricultural products industry and explore its countermeasures, so as to solve the supply chain problems of Guangdong agricultural products, optimize the supply chain mode and promote the development of Guangdong agricultural products. The research object of this paper is the supply chain of agricultural products in Guangdong province. On the basis of the existing theories, the general concept and characteristics of the supply chain of agricultural products as well as the four operating modes of wholesale market, agriculture-and-consumer docking, agriculture-and-supermarket docking and leading enterprises are integrated. Based on the survey data and combining with the reality of Guangdong province, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the unique problems in Guangdong province and provides targeted countermeasures. It is found that the traditional supply chain operation mode in Guangdong province leads to many market circulation links, large losses and high logistics costs. However, due to the low level of logistics hardware and information technology, leading enterprises are deterred from serving as the core enterprises.
